The guest room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was unique with comfy beds.

Everything was wonderful, including pleasant staff and absolutely perfect location close to shops. Lovely bed in the double room, plus central heating, an iron with ironing board, and a work desk.

The breakfast was freshly prepared and the parking was on site.

A great selection of food for breakfast, which was good to satisfy everyone. The staff were very amiable, ideal location to the restaurant in Ventnor which we had booked on Friday evening.

Well-appointed place to visit 2 km away from Sandown Pier. Welcoming service, free parking available on-site. Everything perfect. Unbeatable location in very nice area, next to the restaurant in Ventnor, a lovely manor house and the beach.

The units are unique, spotless with an excellent breakfast too. The property has a marvellous and lovely location, close to restaurants and shops, both the old village, and beach and town centre.

I had a very lovely stay and would have extended the stay, thanks. The place was spotlessly clean, I booked the double room with garden views, everything was wonderful. My room included central heating, an iron with ironing board, and a work desk. The food was fab and the breakfast was freshly cooked and superb.

Really enjoyed staying at the spotless and spacious guest room with an excellent breakfast. The location was great for walking around a wooded coastal ravine.

The venue was nicely appointed, I appreciated the stay and the location was incredible close enough to local shops and beach, both the old village and beach and the centre. The breakfast was fresh made and super and provided with yoghurts and fruit, for instance. In general the service was welcoming. Lucky me, got ironing free of charge too.

The hotel was in the very central setting near everything you need to get around the island.

The hotel was clean, there were amiable staff and sensational breakfasts. Booked king room, had a very nice stay at great value. I truly enjoyed that beds were exceptionally comfortable. It had great location next to a miniature golf course. This property was set in a communal lounge area. Everything was wonderful, I can recommend.

Stayed in brand-new guest room with all essential facilities as well as a king sized bed. The staff was excellent, outstandingly accommodating, and responded promptly to requests. The location was absolutely perfect, very close to the esplanade, the island and town centre, and the free parking was an excellent bonus.

I got such great value for my money at this lovely B&B. The room was comfortable and clean, and the off-road parking was a huge bonus. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the picturesque old town. The staff, especially Vera and Martin, were amazing - so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Just one small thing, but the breakfast items could have had a little more variety.
